Named in honor of Adiela Argote, an inspiring 85-year-old farmer from Génova who still produces exceptional coffee every year. In 2024, Lau and Steef visited Adiela, and straight away, she stole our hearts. Although this year’s lot comes from her neighbors, Jesus and Gerardo, we still call this coffee Adiela, just to honor this proud and hard-working woman.
Grown at 1,950–2,200 m in the mountains of Nariño, this washed coffee is hand-picked, fermented for 18–24 hours, and slowly sun-dried on raised beds. It delivers a clean, balanced cup with notes of caramel, plum, and black tea.
Produced without pesticides and rooted in regenerative farming, this family’s work continues to uplift their entire village and build a community of passionate coffee growers in harmony with nature.
